where could I buy replacements parts? I have a Ninja 3 in 1 Food Processor with Auto-iQ [BN800EU] 1200W 1.8L Container, 2.1L Jug, 0.7L Cup, Black/Silver, bought in December 2020 and now, I have issues with 2 accessories. The first one is the base pad. The second one, is the the lid of the medium blender jar. seems a piece is missing/broken, so it does not lock, and I cannot use the processor. Could you please let me know how I could buy those? thanks in advance, Natalia (Ninja super fan) :)
