Cleaning
1 Pull the plug out of the socket. (Fig. 28)
2 Remove the lid of the kneading chamber. (Fig. 3)
3 Loosen the control knobs on the front cover. (Fig. 4)
4 Disassemble the front cover, the shaping attachment, the disc holder, the dough hook and the kneading chamber in this order. (Fig. 5)
5 Use a dry cloth to remove flour residues from the main appliance. (Fig. 29)
6 Clean the moulding attachment with the cleaning tool provided to remove dough residue. You can then clean it with water. (Fig. 30)
