Question about Mova X4 Pro Cordless
Why does it always tell me dirty water tank full even though it is practically empty? How can I solve it? I have washed everything and had deep cleaning cycles done, I have also changed the filter

I only know that the dirty water tank may have less capacity if you put the arm flat to get under furniture. Otherwise, I cannot confirm this problem with my appliance.
Hmm have you cleaned the tube or the hole underneath the water tank? There is a sensor installed there that can be triggered if it is still dirty. Otherwise I would contact Mova. Good luck, Lg
