Why does it have to be a special steamer descaler? Doesn't Durgol Express do the trick?

This descaling agent has been specially developed for steamers. It also prolongs the life of your steamer. In addition, it is perfectly dosed.
A little tip: After use, I pour the product back into the bottle and use it to clean the kitchen and bathroom. All limescale stains disappear effortlessly and so you can benefit 2 times.

Statement from the Durgol company:
No. Use the special descaler durgol swiss steamer. Steamers have specific requirements for descalers that must be met very precisely. For example, the special formula of durgol swiss steamer prevents the formation of foam, which could damage your appliance.

and anyone who believes it is stupid. Or does anyone think that Germans, French or Italians buy a SWISS PREMIUM product at almost CHF 40 per litre? About as much as a bottle of Kirsch. That's pure rip-off. All steamers abroad break down. Or is a VZug steamer so bad that any other descaler will break the appliance?
