Why is a warranty extension to 5 years offered for a fee, although on dyson.ch there are 5 years free with registration? Is galaxus not an official Dyson dealer?
The extended warranty is generally posted in this product category, if you register on the Dyston manufacturer page you will receive the 5 years from Dyson directly. I will be happy to report this to the relevant department for improvement.
