Why is the delivery date for this product constantly being pushed back? I ordered 5 weeks ago with a supposed delivery time of 4-5 days, but I still haven't received anything. Galaxus has no control over the suppliers and the customer service is sorry. (But only on request)

I am sorry that you did not receive your ordered product as previously stated. Unfortunately, the delivery dates are all expected and Galaxus cannot do more than work with the information provided by the suppliers / manufacturers. Especially in times of pandemic, delivery delays can occur.
