Question about De'Longhi Rivelia

Yesterday we saw at MM in the stationary trade that both models - De'Longhi Rivelia - De'Longhi PrimaDonna Soul are not only cheaper than at Galaxus, but also both have a CH plug. Surely it should be possible for Galaxus (with its position in online retailing) to insist with the supplier that it receives appliances with a Swiss plug? In our view, there are product features that are more relevant than the lowest price. In general, we have the impression that Swiss customers comment negatively on EU plugs.

Helpful answer
In fact, we consciously buy EU devices because of the better availability, more models and lower prices.
Regular surveys repeatedly reveal that price is the driving force, but also a wide selection of models.
Nevertheless, we always try to offer the CH versions where possible, as these generally cost more and we sell significantly fewer of them.
