What does switch off mean? When I switch off the unit with the remote control, I think it goes into standby and the time remains visible. But you can't switch the unit off completely with a button, so a certain minimal power consumption remains. One weak point is the DAB antenna that comes with the set. I bought a better one separately (this is also related to how good the reception is in general), but otherwise the set is good and the price/performance ratio is right for me. Further information at:

Yes, it will. The only negative point about the device, in my opinion, is that the LCD is not a touchscreen, i.e. you have to select the playback source somewhat awkwardly with the right rotary control. Otherwise, however, it's tiptop, Spotify Connect works flawlessly.
