Regardless of which Shimano 11-speed rear derailleur you have, it will work even better with the CeramicSpeed shift rollers. The shift rollers reduce friction in the drivetrain and increase bearing life. The CeramicSpeed shift pulleys are designed to work with less resistance and put more power into the drivetrain. There are three options for the Shimano designs. The first is the standard: machined aluminum rollers with the standard CeramicSpeed balls installed in the hardened steel races. The second is to take those standard bearings and install them in machined titanium rollers. The third is the same machined titanium rollers with the CeramicSpeed balls installed in coated, hardened steel races. These are compatible with all 11-speed Shimano rear derailleurs, both mechanical and electronic. The coated bearings have races that are 75% harder than standard hardened steel races. They outlast standard bearings by 60%. Friction resistance in the coated version is reduced by over 50% compared to the standard bearings. There are various upper and lower pulleys that are marked as such and have directional arrows etched on them. These pulleys are compatible with all Shimano 11-speed rear derailleurs except XT or XTR. The kits come with CeramicSpeed oil in a 15 ml dropper bottle. The bearings are already filled with oil. The dropper bottle is used for maintenance.
