The lightest protector shorts
None are lighter or more comfortable than the G-Form Pro-X3 protector shorts. The soft, elastic Smartflex foam is sewn onto a fine Lycra fabric, allowing the G-Form protector shorts to hug the hips almost like a second skin. The G-Form protector shorts can be worn as a base layer and provide excellent protection for the hips. The 3-D molded insert is medium-firm. With minimal weight, G-Form protectors hardly shift. The Pro-X3 shorts are available in four different sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone. The Pro-X shorts are recommended for CC to enduro, park, BMX, or 4X use. The Smartflex polymer foam, which is only about 10 mm thick, hardens upon impact within milliseconds and absorbs up to 90% of the energy. Afterward, the foam immediately returns to being soft and flexible. The waterproof pads seal out sweat that erodes the foam, and the Pro-X3 shorts can be washed at 40°.
