The Cord Loc Fit system is a brilliantly simple and durable adjustment system. The continuous adjustment is made by pulling on the elastic adjustment strap, while the plastic lock clamps the strap (similar to a hood on an outdoor jacket), ensuring that the helmet fits comfortably and securely.

In-Mold: In this manufacturing process, the impact-resistant outer shell of the helmet is permanently bonded to the EPS inner foam. This reinforcement occurs in critical areas around ventilation openings and ribs, resulting in lighter, cooler, and more durable helmets.

Super Fit Engineering: The Super Fit sizing system is the foundation of Giro's product design and development process. Giro's extensive experience allows them to draw on a wide range of measurement data from various head and face shapes during development. After various intensive tests in Giro's laboratories, the product undergoes further rigorous practical testing, evaluated by Giro's team riders.
