The lying pad and leg support are adjustable in five and three levels respectively, allowing you to customize the back trainer to your preferences and needs. It comes with a cushion covered in synthetic leather and features the Gyronetics E-Series print. For ergonomic training, you can easily adjust the E-Series Back Trainer to your height using quick-release fasteners.
