Add a training bench for even more training options. We recommend the Inspire Training Bench. This allows you to integrate bench presses, shoulder presses, and many other exercises into your own gym. The rack also has four different storage bars for 30 mm weight plates with a maximum load of 90 kg each. Olympic discs with a diameter of 50 mm also fit. You also have the option of storing a barbell. To make optimum use of the rack, we recommend a bar with a minimum length of 198 cm.
