Product details
Especially suitable for use in rehabilitation centers to determine hand grip strength. Four measurement modes assist medical staff in assessing and controlled training of the patient's hand fitness as part of a rehabilitation program:
- Real-time mode: displays the current strength directly
- Peak mode: shows the maximum grip strength
- Average mode: calculates the average strength from two grips
- Count mode: counts the number of presses that exceed a previously defined threshold strength
Ideal for detecting reduced hand strength and the associated mortality risk in aging individuals or those with malnutrition, such as during chemotherapy. Safe and comfortable handling is ensured by non-slip rubber grips. AUTO-OFF function after 1 minute to conserve battery life. Unit switch from kg to lb is possible.
Special version for strength athletes. Its design and enlarged measurement range provide an application reserve that accommodates the higher baseline strength of strength athletes. Replaceable springs allow for quick changes in capacity (additional spring sets included). Due to the different hardness levels of the individual springs, the hand dynamometer can be universally used among various patient groups, such as children, seniors, or in sports medicine. A sturdy case for safe and easy transport as well as storage of the additional spring sets is included, dimensions B×T×H 350×265×85 mm.
