Product details
Especially suitable for use in rehabilitation centers to determine hand grip strength. Four measurement modes that assist medical staff in assessing and controlled training of the patient's hand fitness as part of a rehabilitation program:
- Real-time mode: directly displays the current force
- Peak mode: shows the maximum grip strength
- Average mode: calculates the average force from two grips
- Count mode: counts the number of presses that exceed a previously defined threshold force
Ideal for detecting reduced hand strength and the associated mortality risk in older adults or those suffering from malnutrition, such as during chemotherapy. Safe and comfortable handling with non-slip rubber grips. AUTO-OFF function after 1 minute to conserve battery. Unit switch from kg to lb is possible.
Special version for strength athletes. Due to its sizing and enlarged measurement range, it provides an application reserve that accommodates the higher baseline strength of strength athletes. Replaceable springs allow for quick changes in capacity (additional spring sets included). With different hardness levels of the individual springs, the hand dynamometer can be universally used across various patient groups, such as children, seniors, or in sports medicine. A sturdy case for safe and easy transport, as well as storage of the additional spring sets, is included, dimensions B×T×H 350×265×85 mm.
