The LIGHT5 connection cable is suitable for LIGHT5 e-bike lights and e-bikes equipped with Shimano motors. With Shimano motors, the connection is made by simply connecting the positive and negative ends of the cable to the motor. Therefore, the Shimano cable is also compatible with all other motors where the cables are connected directly to the motor without a separate connection.
