Product details
It is more modern and aggressive. The open tread design claws deeper into the ground while maintaining lower rolling resistance. Self-cleaning capabilities are improved. The precise tuning of the lug positions results in very predictable handling, seamless transitions when turning, and enormous grip. The brake traction also benefits from the new design.
Tubeless Ready tyres offer many advantages: you can drive with less air pressure, which provides more traction and reduces rolling resistance. Additionally, the absence of a tube decreases the risk of a breakdown. Maxxis TR tyres are better prepared for mounting with sealing liquid than other tubeless-ready tyres. Like a true UST tubeless tyre, the bead of the Maxxis TR tyre is completely covered with a rubber layer, ensuring successful tubeless mounting on all standard rims right from the first inflation with minimal liquid.
EXO Protection is an extremely cut and abrasion-resistant material that protects the sidewalls of various MTB tyres. It is densely woven, lightweight, and very flexible.
Triple Compound technology from Maxxis involves moulding the 3C tread from three different rubber compounds in one piece, rather than joining two strips. This allows for precise moulding to meet the requirements of each tyre model and optimizes driving characteristics.
3C MaxxTerra is the ideal compound for enduro, downhill, and freeride tyres, offering smoothness uphill and excellent adhesion downhill, along with a long lifespan.
