The Plyo Box is made from sturdy, 11-layer multiplex wood and can withstand all stresses. All parts are smoothly sanded and painted, making the Jump Box suitable for indoor use as well as outdoors. The edges of the robust jumping surfaces are rounded, ensuring that even failed jumps do not cause injuries. Two grip holes allow for easy relocation of the box.

Due to its lightweight design, high speeds can be quickly and easily achieved with the Speed Rope. The high-quality construction with nylon coating ensures a quiet landing of the rope on the ground. The sturdy plastic handles at the ends of the rope provide maximum grip comfort. The total length of the rope can be shortened as needed.
