The P Zero Race 4S is the successor to the popular P Zero Velo 4S, Pirelli's very first all-season bicycle tire. The P Zero Race 4S outperforms its predecessor in all areas while still maintaining all the characteristics of a true all-season racing tire: it delivers consistent grip in any weather, including wet and cold days, and provides the racing feel that makes the P Zero Race product line the preferred choice of professional riders and teams.

The outstanding all-weather performance is achieved through the combination of two new technologies: the SmartEVO compound, Pirelli's latest development in road-specific compounds, and the TechBELT Road, a tubular-like casing made from a 120tpi casing and a nylon breaker. The tire also features a new design: special deep grooves are paired with a thicker tread, resulting in improved grip in cold weather, higher mileage, and better puncture protection.
