Hello Stefan They are the Trail Trek with TECH TIPS made of carbide (hard metal, screwed and exchangeable) and FLICKLOCK (quick release fastener) Poles = Sticks I am very often on the move in the mountains and find the price/performance ratio very good.

Unfortunately this was recorded incorrectly. The poles are made of 7075 aluminium, thank you for pointing this out.

Yes, there are a pair of small plates and a pair of large plates. I am very happy with the sticks.

As a pair indeed and having recently received them and tested them, they are really nice, the straps are very comfortable and they are quite robust!

Only the feet are included, which can be seen in the picture. Aluminium bottom with rubber plate.
