(CH )In Swiss road traffic, e-scooters are treated the same as bicycles. Therefore, e-scooters may and should use bicycle lanes. Scooters with a road permit are allowed to travel at walking speed in pedestrian zones with the addition of "Cycling permitted". In Switzerland, this speed is not legally defined and is therefore a matter of discretion. Normally you walk at about 3 to 4 km/h, so you should not go faster than 5 or 6 km/h. And yes: riding on the pavement is prohibited. There is no type testing or actual approval. But by law, e-scooters are classified as so-called light motorbikes. They must therefore be equipped with brakes on both wheels, lights at the front and rear, as well as a bell, and may travel at a maximum speed of 20 kilometres per hour. A tolerance of 1 to 2 km/h is tolerated, and with pedal assistance one may even reach up to 25 kilometres per hour. The power of the motor must not exceed 48 volts / 500 watts.

I ordered it from the VMAX support in Switzerland. The model is called VMAX R93 Carvee Bee Pro and is identical to the Blaupunkt ESC808. I also got other spare parts there. About a month ago a hose cost 18.50 plus 12.- for shipping. Hope this helps.

In my case, it was a broken cable. If you no longer have a warranty, unscrew the covers at the top behind the display. In my case, a cable was broken there due to the constant turning of the display, easy to repair.

Hello, They say 15-20° (I think depending on the weight of the person)... On steep slopes (like station ramps or other subways) it doesn't go very fast. Either you have to push with your foot (like on a normal scooter), or you go slower than on foot (and drain the battery). The rue du petit-chêne : we totally forget.
