Hello, the sizes for this waistcoat are very confusingly marked. I (m, 70kg) first had a S, which said 60-70kg, but it was much too small. But the M with the two weight indications (40-60, 60-70kg) then fit. Did you get a M or a S? A M should fit well at 63 kg.
Unfortunately, this item is sold out with us and we have no information on if or when it will be available again. Sorry.
Please excuse the circumstances, this is not in our sense. You can use size S or M as well. As example; ION Water Booster (S, 61 - 71 kg)

I don't know what you mean by cup, but it's just a buoyancy aid and not a certified swimming waistcoat, just a sports waistcoat. This is used as a buoyancy aid in wakeboarding, for example, so that you don't have to paddle to stay on top. A life jacket, on the other hand, stabilises you in the event of unconsciousness in the supine position and also keeps your head above water. Exactly such a lifejacket must be carried per person on a watercraft. Otherwise, briefly ask the SVSA if it is a legal requirement.
