No, these are just pictures in EDC. The plug on the other side of the pump is for storing the hose.
The delivery contains the pump, the bottle-cage mount and a velcro retaining strap. There's no tyre lever nor CO2 bottle. I photographed it this morning: https://www.flasby.org/lezyne.jpg
