These are the specifications I have for my vibro shaper. The frequency range of the VibroShaper is between 7 and 13 Hz and can be set in 99 levels. This means that level 1 corresponds to 7 Hz and level 99 to 13 Hz. This means that the plate does not reach ranges that are effective for muscle training and weight loss. A muscle-building effect only occurs above 20 Hz. Advanced users may therefore feel underchallenged. This model is also not the right choice for bone building or osteoporosis therapy.
