Yes, it's exactly this one. I bought it too and think it's great. It has already survived a thunderstorm and storm without damage.
As I got it today it is the new version, as in picture 2 and not the old one as in picture one and in the video. But there is a video of the new one on the Salewa page. I was very satisfied with the old Denali 2 and have now got the 3. Let's see how it is then...

To be honest, I used the tent in the summer and haven't used it since. So I would say it is as shown in the picture. But these details are without guarantee. What I can say though, it sets up quickly and easily, doesn't take up much space and is lightweight.
