Please take it out of the range. We have now ordered this scooter twice and both times it did not switch on. I have now contacted the manufacturer and was told that the sale and support of this scooter has been discontinued and they advised me to return the product directly.

Why is this product still in the range? The manufacturer has informed me that the production, support and sale of these devices has been discontinued.

Ninebot Air T15D does not switch on. Hello, can anyone help me? I received the part in its original packaging and connected it to the charger after unpacking. Green LED on the charger is on and it has power to the socket. When I plug it in, there is a short beep and the rear light lights up briefly. Now after 2 days of charging, there is still nothing.

Switch on by rear mudguard brake: Step on the power switch / rear wing brake to switch on. When the unit is switched on and the speed is less than 1.9 km/h, step up to switch the headlight on/off. When the unit is on and the speed is less than 1.9 km/h, step on twice to change the speed mode. Step on the power switch / wing brake for 3 seconds to switch off the unit. The rear mudguard can be used as a brake. It is recommended to use together with the electric brake. Read more: https://manuals.plus/de...
