i would like to change the cassette, i have a 10x not 11x so i would like to change it with the 10x shimano.

Please correct the sprocket sizes, this can't be right with 22 teeth. Either it normally starts with 11,12,13,15,17,19,21,24,27,30,32?

Why are there delivery dates here that you can never keep? I order the part and then I get the message that the delivery date is November. That's not exactly great. Of course you know that bike parts are difficult to get at the moment, but then don't write in such fantasy dates.

Can you confirm this cassette has 32theeth in its largest pinion? cause in the picture i can find only 28 teeth in the largest one..

I have mounted the cassette on a racing bike and it works perfectly. The CS8000 cassette is actually for road bikes and not for MTBs.

Finding the right cassette is frustrating without labels. Do you have the Ultegra CS-R8000 11-speed with 11-34 on offer? Because mountains.

Try searching for "shimano ultegra cassette" and then filter.... Or take part number 6869770, it's a CS-R8000 11speed with 11-25, or should be. Greetings

The information was probably taken over incorrectly from the supplier... You can report the error under the specifications under "Report incorrect data" and then it will be corrected 👍

I would like to order the cassette in the 11-12-13-14-15-17-19-21-24-27-30T gradation. There are incorrect variants to choose from in the selection. This is not the case with Shimano. Can you correct this?

Ehm...... none of the selection has 11.... Pinions.... More than 16 to over 20 speeds are run here.

I have a Tacx NEO Smart 1. Firstly, this cassette also goes on the Neo Smart and secondly, my Shimano Ultegra components are approx. 9 years old. Is this cassette compatible?

Yes, the cassette fits on the NEO Smart 1. As long as the gears are 11-speed, it's OK. (Were they already available 9 years ago?).
