I have the pump with this head and use it to pump all my bikes (Schrader and Presta valves) and occasionally also the car, which works without any problems. So it should also work on the bike without any problems. The good thing about the E.V.A. head is that it fits all valves without conversion, which is extremely practical. I can recommend this variant without reservation.

Yes, it works with thin valves and also with big ones like car and without using an adapter
According to Wikipedia, 1 atü = 0.98 bar. The article 395940 SKS Rennkompressor EVA can inflate tyres up to 16 bar. 16 bar = 15.68 atü. So a pressure of 9 Atü should be achieved without any problems.
