I just can't get the cable for the thickness adjustment into the eyelet on the main part. The cable seems to be too short. Has anyone else had this problem? I've already unscrewed the metal piece on the lower cable as far down as possible, but it's still too short. Any help?

Hi Aline, you have to set the gear (giant wheel on the handlebar part) to the minimum level, i.e. 1. Then you have to pull the piece where the wire is to get the loop into the main part. It's a bit tricky but nothing impossible!
