This Ritchey Stem Shim adapter allows the use of forks with a steerer tube diameter of 25.4 mm (1") with stems that have a diameter of 28.6 mm (1-1/8"). The alloy wedge also enables the conversion of forks with a steerer tube diameter of 28.6 mm (1-1/8") to fit forks with a diameter of 31.8 mm (1-1/4").
