The high-density rubber granulate provides excellent strength and elasticity. With a quiet impact, high abrasion resistance, and low bounce, these crumb bumper plates are ideal for intense strength and functional training. They meet Olympic standards with a 45 cm outer diameter and a 50 mm hole.
