Replacing it is a straightforward process if well-prepared. The multitude of bearing, bottom bracket, and frame standards may deter some. We will try to guide you through this jungle of standards. The bottom bracket is the interface between your crankset and your frame. Therefore, you first need to determine which crankset should fit which frame.
