The rubber gymnastics band gently allows a wide range of movements, making it ideal not only for therapeutic purposes but also for warm-up exercises and aerobics. The resistance is progressive and the individual gymnastics bands can also be used together to increase the overall resistance. Each colour of these elastic bands has its own resistance level: Yellow is light with 0.35 mm material thickness - 120 cm long Green is medium with 0.45 mm material thickness - 120 cm long Blue is strong with 0.55 mm material thickness - 120 cm long.
