Sizes M and S will be available from September. Size L will be available from December 2025. LUMOS NYXEL MIPS – the new trendy helmet. Similar to the LUMOS NYXEL Standard, the fit and head shape of the LUMOS NYXEL MIPS have been optimized in collaboration with HSDL. The LUMOS NYXEL MIPS also features a built-in MIPS safety system. This can reduce harmful rotational movements that may be transmitted to the wearer's head during certain impact events. This can enhance helmet safety in some accidents. Chips On Board (COB) is a method of LED construction that has a number of advantages over more conventional technologies. We like to call it our best LED technology at the moment. Lumos Ultra will also be available as a MIPS version. This is an additional safety feature that is built into the helmet to provide extra protection against rotational movement on impact.
