5. Kerbl Tubbease
Tubbease was developed in New Zealand to create a breathable treatment boot for problem hooves (e.g., sole ulcers) in horses. With the included Velcro straps, Tubbease can be securely attached to the horse's leg. Tubbease is available in three sizes.
Benefits of Tubbease: Inside the boot, there is no humid and hot climate, as air can escape upwards. The rubber-coated bottom reliably prevents moisture from entering while ensuring that the treatment liquid remains on the hoof. The optimal climate inside the boot helps the hoof maintain its natural strength. A thick EVA insole reduces pressure pain for the horse (e.g., in cases of sole ulcers) and extends the lifespan of Tubbease. Various remedies for treating abscesses, thrush, hoof injuries, hoof cracks, and similar conditions can be used in Tubbease.
