Smaller things can be solved at our service partners, but if a major warranty case should occur, you would have to send the bike in. However, it should still remain in Switzerland. In summary, we are the first point of contact in the event of a warranty claim. 
Yes, according to the manufacturer, the bike should be able to withstand up to 150 kg.
