According to some 1 star reviews, the cylinder and pump are not included. Is this the case? Because at this price without the tank and pump you are much more expensive.... it is cheaper elsewhere with the tank and pump. If I order and the tank and pump are missing, will you take the item back with a refund?

Depending on the product number, the following is included:

"Burner, Flipstop pump, Multitool maintenance tool, a windscreen, heat reflector, cover, spare parts and lubricant, 0.4l canister."

If you wish to return the product, this is possible within 30 days in the original packaging, however if this is opened, there may be a 10% deduction from the original price, as it will need to be checked and repackaged. Of course, if there is an error in the contents, we must be notified. In case of return, please contact our customer service.
