Depends on your weight. The machine is not particularly solidly built and makes a lot of noise. Although I only weigh 64 kg and am 75 years old, I have to set the ergometer to level 14 of the possible 16 levels. I am still quite fit and strong, but it may not be suitable for very sporty people.
