Question about Xplora X5 Play

Dear Digitec I wanted to switch from the Xplora X4 to the Xplora X5 Play that you have on offer. It was not possible to activate the watch with the Nano Sim that I used in the X4 (M-Budget Mobile Easy S Prepaid/Swisscom). I received various error messages such as "Activation failed", "No sim card" and "No signal" on several attempts. After some research on the Internet, I finally came across the information in the forum of the watch manufacturer that the Xplora X5 Play is only compatible with Telekom Deutschland. (https://support.myxplora.com/hc/de/articles/360003360253-Welche-SIM-Karten-k%C3%B6nnen-verwendet-werden) Does Digitec, as the distributor of this watch, have any other information? I cannot imagine that Digitec has a product in its range that cannot be operated with the SIM cards of Swiss network providers.
