Do the ski carriers also fit the Wingbar Evo and do they already have everything complete for attaching to the base carriers? Or do I have to order something extra?

Hello, yes the Snowpack fits the Wingbar Evo. The mounting arterial for the guide rail is included in the pack (no extra material necessary).
