I was able to inflate 2 MTB tyres (4.0 bar) with one battery charge - and then the battery was empty. The pump is not intended for inflating boats and air mattresses etc.. The "volume" of the pump is too small for that. I doubt whether the pressure is sufficient for "footballs".
I personally use a "suspension fork pump for MTB" for balls of any kind. The Berkut pump is only intended for me as an "emergency aid" when I'm on the road. I hope I have been helpful with my answer.
