Does the scooter travel at exactly 20 km/h? Or is 22 km/h also possible, like the SoFlow, or perhaps even 25 km/h like the VMAX? I don't want to be slowed down immediately when going slightly downhill. 22 km/h would be fine for me, but at exactly 20 km/h I'm thinking of going for a SoFlow. I hope that I can send it back without any problems if necessary. ????

You can send it back if it doesn't suit you, as long as it's in order 😉

If it goes downhill, the brakes are not applied and it drives as fast as possible. However, this is not shown on the display.
If the throttle button is pressed, the maximum speed is 20 km/h. More is not possible.
You can return it to Digitec without any problems. There is usually a discount of 10%. That was the case for me, Xaomi.
When returning it, it is important that the connection to the app is disconnected. Otherwise you can't resell the scooter.
I'm very happy with the scooter:-)

Hello

Having the ks5 pro, it goes at 20km/h, which is the authorised limit in Switzerland as far as I know, it's still a very good scooter, for my part, I only take this brand, it has a fluid ride, it pulls very well even when going uphill and the wide deck is very pleasant.
I hope I've been able to answer your question 😉
