Yes, they are maintenance-free tyres. A bit of a harsh ride, but ok on "normal" roads. Slopes are no problem even with my 82kg :-). I haven't ridden the tyres very much yet though... I find the brakes a bit spongy, no comparison to current hydraulic brakes on bikes or anything like that. The scooter itself is also quite heavy...

Yes, the scooter has tubeless tyres. It is already hard, but it has a suspension fork at the front. This helps enormously against hard knocks on the handlebars. Slopes are not really a problem. It masters them well.
