Hello..no I would no recommend mounting MTB brakes either to Gravel or Road Bikes..
The mount is different and with road/gravel bikes you will need the slanted adapter(which does not work with mtb brakes).
So try and stick with the right brakes.

I don’t think so. I would instead look at a GRX caliper.
