This saddle is very comfortable and the btide for a 22 tube is included in the delivery. I have mounted the saddle on a Kettler ergometer and am very satisfied.

Yes, a mounting device is included and I think it should fit 22mm. I have photographed it but cannot add a picture to the answer, unfortunately.
