I'd say it's about 12 km for me, too. But I always drive in "power mode" and almost always at full throttle. On top of that, I have quite a few inclines on my way to work. All in all, the autonomy is right for me. It's more the power that's lacking on the slopes I mentioned. I might have to test an additional battery.

The battery lasts about 20 km for me. But there are also uphill and downhill stretches.
Then I got the extra battery. Then I manage 50 km and the scooter manages the hills even better because it has more power. But it has also become a bit heavier to carry.
