Hello My roller trainer Tacx Neo 2T connects perfectly with the Rouvy software, but the chest strap HRM Run from Garmin cannot find a connection. Would this be the right device to establish the desired connection to the the desired connection to the Rouvy display during training?

it depends on the HRM Run - it seems its not working with the regular blue-tooth of your pc. So if the HRM is ANT+ compatible it should work. I have used Rouvy and it does connect with my HRM which is booth ANT and blue-tooth compatible.
