Yes, the paddles are included. I recommend a double-stroke pump from Bestway, which inflates the kayak very quickly.
What is highly recommended is the separately available fin for the kayak. This gives you much more stability in the water and the kayak doesn't drift all the time. Without this fin, the whole thing is a bit of a hassle. The fin doesn't cost much and is well worth the money.
