Hi, Can I buy this device in Switzerland and download maps of Argentina, for example, for free? Or do you buy the maps? How does it work? Thank you.

The device only has a basic pre-installed map. You can buy the map for Argentina on the Garmin website, they are not free. Here is the user manual https://www8.garmin.com/manuals...
