how can i get a replacement remote? this won´t pair with my pad. i tried changing batteries but that didn´t help. or is there a trick to getting them paired? i turned on the pad and pressed the remote as per instructions. nothing happens.

Remote control pairing method:
Restart the WalkingPad, press and hold down the mode switch button on the remote control immediately, hearing the sound of "Beep" indicates the success of pairing. Note: During the operation, the remote control should be close to the LED display panel of WalkingPad.
