Question about Ledlenser H14r.2

I removed the battery. Lau BA it is now in the factory setting. When I want to switch it on, it only lights up red at the back. The same when charging. No matter how long I charge it. Can anyone help me?

Exchange! My first one (which I don't think was new, at least the seal wasn't on it) didn't work either. The exchange was no problem ... and since then I've been turning night into day :-)

So, if you have removed the battery, nothing should actually light up any more....
If the battery is back in and only the rear red light is on, the lock is probably activated. Solution: press the front power button for about 10 seconds. (And read the instructions...)
